Endurance and Flexibility of Contractual Terms Permanence of Agreement

Despite Specific Term Invalidation, should any portion of the CKIT and Cosmo Kittania agreement be deemed legally unenforceable, such invalidity won't affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The unenforceable term will be disregarded, while the remainder of the agreement continues to be valid and in effect.

Incorporation of Substitute Provisions:

If a provision in the CKIT and Cosmo Kittania agreement becomes void, we reserve the right to implement a new provision. This substitute will be designed to reflect the original purpose of the invalidated term as closely as possible, maintaining the overall integrity of the agreement.

Totality of the Agreement:

The agreement, including any documents referenced herein, constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the users and CKIT and Cosmo Kittania. It replaces all previous agreements and communications, both verbal and written.

Recognition of User Consent:

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that your consent is based solely on the stipulations and representations expressly made in this agreement.
